Were looking for Italian Customer Support Agents to join our on-site team in Piraeus Greece. Youll work in an international environment support Italian customers and enjoy life in one of the most lively areas near Athens.
What youll do

Support Italian-speaking customers via phone email or chat

Answer questions solve issues and make customers feel heard

Keep records of customer interactions in our system

Work closely with your team to deliver great service every day
What were looking for

Fluent Italian (native or near-native)

English level C1
-
Friendly communication style and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused attitude

Willingness to work on-site in Piraeus

EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit
Working hours

Monday to Friday

Shifts between 10:00 and 22:00
