Job Summary
Full-time Remote Fixed-term contract (8 months) Relocation support Immediate start
An international customer experience provider is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support one of the worlds leading online travel this role you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries including reservations payments and complaints while delivering a high-quality service experience in both German and English.
Working Schedule
- Rotating shifts Monday to Friday (occasional weekends);
- Working hours between 08:00 and 00:00;
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 1300 gross/month;
- Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary;
- Meal allowance: up to 100 / month (Edenred Ticket Restaurant);
- Relocation support provided;
- Paid 3-week training (in English);

- Fixed-term contract (8 months);
- Fully remote work model;
- Paid training period;
- Work during public holidays may be required;
Requirements
- Native or C1-level German;
- English B2 or higher;
- Strong written communication skills;
- Good PC skills (Windows troubleshooting shortcuts);
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems;
- Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus;
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat;
- Assist with reservations cancellations and modifications;
- Support payment issues refunds and complaints resolution;
- Provide assistance with account-related and review inquiries;
- Deliver accurate information about services and properties;
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication;
