Position: Customer Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming calls chats messages and emails across multiple channels
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction
- Build long-term trust-based relationships through clear and engaging communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using approved tools and processes
- Meet individual and team performance targets including case handling quotas
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts
- Follow internal communication procedures guidelines and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong phone handling skills with a customer-focused and attentive listening approach
- Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking time-management and prioritization abilities.
