What youll be doing

Support German-speaking customers via phone email and chat

Help customers with questions requests and basic issues

What were looking for

Fluent German (spoken & written)

English level B2 or higher

You live in Greece and can work remotely from anywhere in the country

Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Work details

Schedule: Rotational shifts between 09:00 20:00

Training: 11 paid working days 100% remote
