DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries including refunds manual charges and payment tracking
- Onboard new B2B customers and support them throughout the initial setup process
- Maintain and update merchant information accurately within internal databases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong overall PC handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex financial inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner with strong numerical and data-handling abilities
- Problem-solving oriented with a proactive approach
- Team player who is comfortable multitasking and working toward targets
- Confident working across multiple systems and software tools.
