HockeyStack is an Applied AI company on a mission to automate sales marketing and customer success for B2B companies. We build the most complete and accurate picture of the B2B buyer by integrating with every tool your team uses partnering with third-party data providers and deploying custom AI research agents. We use this data to power applications that automate high-value high-complexity workflows across the go-to-market and revenue teams. Our core products include:

  • Marketing Intelligence instantly answers questions like What led to that sudden drop in pipeline

  • Account Intelligence surfaces next-best actions to help reps move target accounts toward conversion

Since launching in January 2023 weve come through Y Combinator raised a $26M Series A led by Bessemer. Were growing 3 year-over-year have hit multimillion ARR and process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly. Based at our San Francisco HQ we operate fully in-person move fast and hire people who are ready to win.

Your Mission

Were hiring high-performing Account Executives to drive net-new revenue across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments ($80K$300K ACV). Youll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and work directly with founders and GTM leaders to build repeatable sales motion refine messaging and drive growth. With customers like Outreach RingCentral ActiveCampaign and Cohere were solving real problems for top B2B revenue teams and youll be at the center of that transformation. This role is for someone ready to navigate complex multi-threaded deals turn interest into impact and help shape the future of our sales engine not someone looking to ride the wave but to build it.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts

  • Lead high-impact discovery value-selling and multi-threaded deal cycles with Sales Marketing RevOps and C-level stakeholders

  • Drive technical conversations around product integrations and deliver compelling demos

  • Partner with founders and GTM leaders to iterate on messaging and scale a repeatable sales motion

  • Maintain a healthy high-velocity pipeline with strong close rates and forecast accuracy

  • Contribute to the processes culture and foundation of a world-class sales org

  • 5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience in Series AC startups

  • Proven ability to consistently close $80K$300K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders

  • Fluency in structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPIC)

  • Technically curious and confident in AI/ML and integration conversations

  • Coachable competitive and motivated to exceed goals

As part of our San Francisco California-based team the on target earnings range for this role is $160000 $320000 USD annually depending on experience and qualifications.
