Key Responsibilities
- Lead process and equipment reliability improvements to meet plant objectives

Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective solutions

Manage capital and expense projects from concept through execution
- Partner with production and maintenance teams to solve complex operational challenges

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Introduce industry best practices and reliability technologies
-
Support budgeting planning and long-term operational strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field)
- 3 years of process engineering experience in a metals manufacturing environment
OR 5 years of process engineering experience

Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
-
Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications

510 years of engineering experience
-
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

Working knowledge of PLC systems
-
Experience with Casting Rolling or Finishing operations
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel Power BI etc.)

Proven project management experience

Strong problem-solving communication and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
