Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management with a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients operations including process improvement budget management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize budget and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff providing guidance and support to achieve goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Experience in project management and budget management
