In this position you will support customers with travel-related inquiries provide guidance throughout the booking process and help deliver a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist clients with travel questions reservations and general support
- Provide accurate information about destinations policies and procedures
- Deliver professional friendly and consistent customer service
- Follow company standards and operational guidelines
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computers email and online tools
- Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset
- Interest in the travel industry is a plus
