We are seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients with vacation planning reservations and general travel-related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people is detail-oriented and wants a flexible opportunity within the travel industry.
You do not need prior travel experience training and support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel questions via email phone and online systems
- Help process travel reservations and service requests
- Provide accurate information on destinations accommodations and travel policies
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
- Follow established procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Document client interactions accurately in internal systems
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer email and basic online tools
- Organized reliable and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
