JOB TITLE: Facilities Technician
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
Responsible for monitoring and operating facility systems performing basic maintenance work responding to breakdowns and issues carrying out routine checks and recording data following safety rules and work instructions and reporting any problems or abnormalities to the supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attend to daily facilities issues breakdowns and corrective maintenance works.
- Monitor system performance and record operating parameters.

2 . Preventive & Corrective Maintenance | 2.1 2.2 2.3 | - Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot and rectify equipment and system failures.
- Support emergency response for facilities system failures.

3. Vendor & Contractor Support | 3.1
3.2 | - Supervise and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair works.
- Ensure contractor works comply with site safety rules and permit-to-work requirements.

4. Safety & Compliance | 4.1 4.2 | - Comply with safety health and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
- Support audits inspections and regulatory compliance activities.

Qualifications:
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC electrical distribution pumps compressors and utilities.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in facilities maintenance
- Computer skills (MS Excel Word maintenance systems).
- Willing to work on shifts standby or on-call when required.
- Good teamwork communication skills and a responsible attitude.
