Job Summary
- Create P&IDs instrument loop diagrams control system schematics and select field instruments (transmitters sensors control valves).
- Maintain instrumentation systems to maximize plant uptime perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve operational failures.
- Develop and implement control strategies using DCS PLC or SCADA systems.
- Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and participate in hazard studies.
- Perform FAT and SAT commission new equipment manage vendor documents and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Prepare technical reports data sheets and maintenance procedures.
- Manage and execute maintenance of instrument and analyzer to ensure reliability
- To provide technical support in the field of instrument and analysis
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronic Mechanical or Equivalent
- Proficiency in CAD software PLC/DCS programming (e.g. DeltaV Siemens) and smart instrumentation.
- Experience with field instruments control valves and hazardous area classification.
- Strong problem-solving analytical skills and ability to coordinate with technicians and other engineers.
- 25 years experience in Facilities and Utilities System
