Job Summary
Job Description
The Graduate Engineer is expected to support the departments daily operations maintenance and improvement activities while developing technical competency problem-solving skills and professional work ethics. This role is designed for fresh graduates with the right mindset strong learning attitude and willingness to contribute as a team player.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily operation and maintenance activities of engineering / facilities systems under guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.
- Assist in Preventive Corrective and Predictive Maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Participate in troubleshooting breakdown analysis and basic root cause analysis (RCA).
- Assist in monitoring system performance collecting data and preparing basic reports.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement safety and cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating with technicians contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules standard operating procedures (SOP) and IMS requirements.
- Learn and follow engineering standards statutory requirements and best practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor as part of learning and development.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Professional Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent.
SKILLS:
- Strong willingness to learn and accept guidance feedback and coaching.
- Positive proactive and responsible attitude toward work and challenges.
- Hands-on mentality not afraid to go to site observe ask questions and get involved.
- Ownership mindset treats assigned tasks seriously and follows through to completion.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open-minded adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
