Job Summary

Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory and hydraulic CNC tube bender. We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers whether in the oilfield construction medical manufacturing military or government.

As a Driver and Warehouse Associate you would be responsible for driving to pick up product and deliver orders along with warehouse duties at our store in Denver CO.

This is a full-time position with benefits.

Delivery Driver duties include but are not limited to:
- Delivering product to customers.
- Picking up product and supplies from vendors.
Warehouse Associate Dutiesinclude but are not limited to:
- Receiving and putting away product.
- Prepare assemble package and ship customer orders per customer requirements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by updating the system when issues are seen or working to get issues resolved.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.
- Cycle counting inventory.
- Building pre-made assemblies.
- Provide counter sales support.

The job requires:

A valid driver license with a good driving record
Ability to lift up to 75lbs at a time
Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
Attention to detail
Basic computer and math skills

Level of Education and Work Experience:

Must be 21 years or older to drive a company vehicle
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Prior delivery and warehouse experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly: $21.50 - $29 per hour (base pay of $21.50/hour to $27/hour plus quarterly profit sharing)
Schedule: 40 hours a week; Monday to Friday with scheduled Saturday morning rotations (8 am - noon)
