Job Summary
The Marketing Data Intern will support the PCG Market Research & Insights team by assisting with data analysis generative AI workflows project documentation and meeting coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to data-driven marketing processes analytics tools and cross-functional collaboration within Sherwin-Williams Performance Coatings Group.
Additional Information
This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way Cleveland OH 44113.
Availability to work full time (37.5 hoursper week) during Summer for at least10 weeks and physically present in downtown office5days per week.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Analyze clean and prepare datasets for internal reporting and research initiatives.
Assist in the development testing and documentation of generative AI tools and workflows.
Participate in project and team meetings documenting key discussion points decisions and next steps.
Maintain organized project documentation templates and process materials.
Provide timely status updates to the PCG Market Research & Insights team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g. OPT CPT H1B EB-1etc.)
- Must have a high school education or GED
Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint teams and/or Outlook)
Must have interest or familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT).
Must have experience or coursework related to data science analytics or visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Must be actively pursuing a bachelors degree in marketing business or data science.
Preferred Qualifications
Have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Have an expected graduation date in 2027.
Have coursework or experience in project management.
Have exposure to SQL Python or R.
