Senior Personal Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Personal Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional with a proven track record in personal lines account management and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing a book of business mentoring team members and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $80000 - $90000 annually with potential earnings up to $120000 based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full spectrum of personal lines accounts including high-net-worth and standard clients.
- Provide A-Z account management including quoting marketing selling and servicing policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the commercial lines department to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Mentor and support team members fostering a collaborative and family-oriented work environment.
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by developing and managing your own book of business.
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and contribute to the overall profitability of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proficiency in Applied Systems with a preference for EPIC experience.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Erie NYC and Hanover is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high-volume workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- A proven track record of success in managing and growing a book of business.
