Key Accountabilities

• Manage coach and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver consistent high-quality hiring outcomes.

• Drive enterprise talent acquisition strategies including talent branding diversity and inclusion initiatives and candidate experience enhancements.

• Analyze and present recruitment metrics to identify gaps recommend improvements and demonstrate return on investment.

• Monitor labor market trends economic conditions and competitive insights to inform proactive sourcing strategies.

• Partner with business leaders to align hiring priorities with organizational goals and workforce plans.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies employment laws audit requirements and risk standards.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5 years of talent acquisition or human resources leadership experience

Preferred

• Experience recruiting or managing recruiters in a high volume environment

• Experience leading teams in a large or complex organization

• Demonstrated success using recruitment analytics to drive decision-making
