Phoenix Electrical is looking for a dedicatedElectrical Apprenticeto join our team inCalhoun this role you will work alongside ourMaster Electrician gaining mentorship and hands-on experience in theinstallation repair and servicing of electrical and electronic systems. As a key team member you will help ensure projects are completed efficiently while upholding ourcommitment to professionalism respect and exceptional customer service.Apprenticeship allows you to work and earning wages while developing technical skills and on-the-job knowledge from a Master Electrician. Specific Responsibilities:
- Aid with all general electrical projects and service calls. Install maintain and repair existing equipment.
- Follow instructions from Master Electrician.
- Safely and effectively use various hand tools for tasks like fastening shaping measuring and cutting requiring practice and knowledge of tool-specific techniques.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain a clean organized job site and service truck.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer.
- All electrical work meets or exceeds current National Electrical Code as well as local jurisdiction requirements.
- All projects are completed in a high workman-like manner.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to help win new referrals and repeat business.
- Ensure a quality installation experience for the customer.
- Must be a motivated team player looking to Succeed
- Basic knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Ability to perform physical requirements: climbing ladders crawling underneath houses and being physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency to navigate phone/tablet-based technology
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and grit
- Complete 90-day probationary period
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must submit and pass a background check and drug test
- High School diploma
