Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Brewster known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. Youll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether youre a new grad or seasoned OT.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Rate Range:$40-50/hr depending on experience setting and location

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current MA license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
