Marketing Graduate Assistant (2 Positions) - Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans for assigned sports. Communicate with coaching staffs to develop and implement marketing and promotional plans. Create strategies for fan engagement and attendance. Act as game producer for assigned sports. Assist in training interns within the marketing department including gameday execution creating timing sheets scriptwriting on-campus promotion and event setup. Other duties as assigned.
Event Management/Operations Graduate Assistant (1 Position) - Assist in the planning process and implementation of various aspects of Game Day operations. Assist in the organization and supervision of third-party Game Day staff and various aspects of event/gameday setup. Develop knowledge and understanding of budgeting and facility maintenance. Other duties as assigned.
Compliance Graduate Assistant (1 Position) - Assist the Athletics Compliance Office in the management of compliance projects/reports including preparation of educational newsletters for student-athletes and staff and monitoring of playing and practice seasons camps and clinics coaching limitations complimentary admissions and recruiting. Interact with student-athletes coaches staff campus liaisons and other institutions frequently. Other duties as assigned.
Graduate Assistant - Athletic Business Office (2 Positions) - The Graduate Assistant - Athletic Business Office Financial Analyst will gain experience in the daily operations of the Athletics Business Office. This position will assist in the areas of financial reporting procurement accounts payable travel accounts receivable ticket office accounting and other business operations. This position reports to the Assistant AD for Finance & Reporting and will also support the other members of the Athletics Business Office.
Regular reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Preferred Qualifications:
Enrollment or acceptance into a University of Arkansas two-year graduate program and/or law school
Strong interest in working in intercollegiate athletics
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Excellent organization oral and interpersonal communication analytical and writing skills
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment and meet established work deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work evenings and weekend
