Job Summary
COLSA is seeking high-performing degree-seeking college interns for the Summer 2026 term (June 1July 31). Interns will gain hands-on experience through meaningful work that directly supports COLSAs mission and the business operations of our Colorado Springs branch office.
During this internship you will:
- Participate in regional office meetings and provide recommendations for improvement
- Review and evaluate corporate capabilities and applicability to government contracts
- Conduct market and competitive research to support capture activities
- Identify capability gaps and conduct research to identify potential partners to address them
- Review literature articles and published materials to better understand government customer needs and challenges
- Support engagement with potential partner companies to explore teaming and shaping efforts
- Evaluate vendor capabilities to assess ability to provide required products or services
