DescriptionOur Finance Development Program (FDP) is designed to provide early career professionals a broad and well-rounded learning experience to prepare them to be future leaders of Mauser. The program will last 2-3 years with participants completing various rotations designed to enhance technical and leadership skills needed to succeed. Each rotation will last 6-12 months and include exposure to various finance disciplines at a Corporate Group and Plant level.
Program Goals
- Experience Broad and Cross Functional Opportunities: Participants will experience exponential growth technically analytically and professionally across multiple finance disciplines. This allows participants to gain in-depth knowledge of the business build relationships across the broader finance team and allow them to add value throughout the organization.
- Exposure and Access to multiple aspects of the Business and Finance: Program participants are challenged by engaging with many different aspects of Finance within a manufacturing environment. This will enable a broad foundation that will benefit the team members development creating a well-rounded finance professional.
- Develop and Build your skillset: Participants will receive on-going coaching to enhance analytical leadership presentation and communication skillsets. Throughout the program participants receive mentorship to help them in their professional development and increase readiness for next position/advancement.
- Deliver Results in your role: Participants are expected to be driven learn quickly and deliver results in each of their rotations.
- Have Fun: Participate in Lunch & Learns build relationships with colleagues and more.
Program Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration; prior work experience not required although roles are also open to individuals with work experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication skills and presence; ability to express oneself clearly and concisely
- Fast learner and willingness to adapt to change
- Driven to succeed; motivated to grow career at Mauser
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented with high level of ethics and integrity
