Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Intern to join our team to ensure our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand the existing business processes and participate actively in the post system implementation.
  • Support for new business initiatives operational activities advisor inquiries and post-sales assistance related to the submission of insurance and investment policies.
  • Maintain and regularly update workflow processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage and regularly report on data concerning new business submissions.
  • Participate in the review and digitalization of processes to help companies streamline operations eliminate inefficiencies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Operations or a related field
  • Strong interest in operations process improvement and financial services
  • Good analytical communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026
  • Proactive eager to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Detailoriented with good organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
