Your future duties and responsibilities:

Strong understanding of EDIFECS principles and practices.
. Experience in working with EDI HIPAA standards liketransactions
. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to EDIFECS.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in EDIFECS.
. Develop and maintain technical documentation for EDIFECS implementations.
. Interested to work in support and in shifts.
. Experience of 8 - 11 years

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills
Strong understanding of EDIFECS principles and architecture.
Hands-on experience with HIPAA EDI standards (transactions).
Proven experience in EDIFECS production support and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good understanding of healthcare payer systems and EDI workflows.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience working in L2/L3 support environments.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
