Analyst- SAP PMGM
Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing ongoing production support troubleshooting issues and managing system releases.
Managing data migration creating ad-hoc reports and providing analytics to support business decisions
Collaborating with clients business partners and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
Preparation of technical documentation and updating for Troubleshooting and First level support Analysis and coordination or release management (new releases features and enhancements)
Conduct testing activities such as: preparation of testing scenarios reviewing test cases testing in different instances updates on testing tool documentations exploratory testing etc
Maintenance of test data & test users system cleaning activities Preparation of pre-roll out activities including change and communication management.
Coordinate with other 1st level groups for trainings consultation hours and best practices.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or Information Technology
Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM including at least one or two full-cycle implementations
Mandatory/requires Skills:
Good understanding of HR processes especially in performance and goal management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint and Excel).
Logical structured proactive and effective way of working within international virtual teams.
Global mindset team-oriented resourceful with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Fluent in English (C1 level)
