As a Document Review Specialist at FGS Advisors LLC you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial documents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements contracts and other documents for accuracy and compliance
- Identifying discrepancies or errors in documentation and bringing them to the attention of the relevant team members
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files in a systematic manner for easy retrieval
- Collaborating with team members to ensure that all documents meet regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Providing support during audits and other financial reviews by sourcing and organizing relevant documents
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in documents
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in an accounting or financial services firm
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial industry
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $125000 - $130000 per year
