Job Description

As a Document Review Specialist at FGS Advisors LLC you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial documents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements contracts and other documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Identifying discrepancies or errors in documentation and bringing them to the attention of the relevant team members
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files in a systematic manner for easy retrieval
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure that all documents meet regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Providing support during audits and other financial reviews by sourcing and organizing relevant documents

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in documents
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working in an accounting or financial services firm
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial industry

Salary & Benefits:
