What Youll Do

You will apply broad knowledge of design principles methods graphic design techniques sustainable design and spatial design to landscape architecture and urban design tasks using judgment to independently select and adapt methodology to design tasks. Independently designs and completes projects and prepares comprehensive project documents.

Some job duties can be performed from home. Local travel required approximately 5%.

We have a salary range of $120120 to $130000 for this position.

Relevant background:

• A bachelors degree in landscape architecture architecture urban design or a related field and 5 years of experience in Urban Design Architecture or closely related occupation. Alternatively we will accept a Masters degree in landscape architecture architecture urban design or related field and 3 years of experience in Urban Design Architecture or closely related occupation.
• Three years of experience in Hand Sketching and software skills (including Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp Lumion and AutoCAD)
• 6 months of project management experience
• 3 years of experience preparing and reviewing construction documents
