Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Coordinator

Location: Kennesaw GA

Position Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $19.50-$22.00/hour- BOE

Shift: 1st Shift

The Warehouse Shipping Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently from our warehouse to our customers. This position bridges administrative logistics work with hands-on warehouse coordination and customer interaction. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable jumping between systems paperwork and the warehouse floor.

This role offers long-term growth potential with opportunities to move into lead or supervisory responsibilities as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Order Coordination

Print organize and distribute warehouse pick tickets to picker associates
Create apply and verify shipping labels as needed for:

-Small parcel (UPS/FedEx)

-LTL freight

-Full truckload shipments

Coordinate shipment details and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

Assist internal teams with ETA tracking and shipment status inquiries

Warehouse & Customer Interaction

Check in customers for warehouse pickup orders

Assist with staging and loading customer pickup orders safely and accurately

Maintain a professional helpful presence for customer-facing warehouse interactions

Systems & Administrative Support

Work within ERP and WMS to process shipments and update order statuses

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipping and pickups

Communicate clearly with customer service operations and warehouse teams

Startup & Team Support

Assist with light warehouse tasks as needed (organization staging inventory support labeling etc)

Contribute ideas to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency

Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a traditional admin role as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in shipping logistics warehouse operations or distribution environments

Comfortable working in ERP systems and WMS software

Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite applications

Excellent organization attention to detail and follow-through

Experienced communicator with customer-friendly demeanor

Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with LTL freight and truckload shipping coordination

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks forklifts reach trucks) or willingness to be trained

Previous experience in a lean or startup-style operation

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $19.50 $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
