What Youll Be Doing
- Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the site
- Perform preshift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
- Support plant operations through maintenance tasks on stationary and mobile equipment
- Assist with plant cleanup and general labor activities to maintain safe efficient operations
- Learn and operate additional equipment such as water trucks skid steers and other mobile units
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely and responsibly
- Capability to learn and perform basic maintenance on equipment and support plant operations
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may include climbing lifting and extended periods of equipment operation
- Reliability punctuality and a consistent focus on quality work
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
