Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or related Engineering field (completed within the last 12 months).
Candidates must have less than one year of full-time post-graduate professional work experience at the start of the program AND have graduated with a bachelors or masters degree in 2025 or 2026.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Demonstrated leadership through internships student orgs or project teams.
Strong technical analytical and communication skills.
Agile mindset with creativity and problem-solving focus.
Must be willing to travel and relocate across the U.S.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. (with assistance/tools) and perform some physical tasks in a plant environment.
