Job Summary
Our client is seeking a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join an inclusive and welcoming secondary school in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis starting ASAP or April. The Role
Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting pupils with performance devised work and written components
Encouraging confidence collaboration and creativity
Contributing to school productions performances and enrichment activities
Assessing pupil progress and providing clear constructive feedback
Working collaboratively within a supportive Performing Arts department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Drama Theatre Studies or a related subject
Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4
A strong commitment to inclusive teaching and learning
Good classroom and rehearsal management skills
A creative organised and positive teaching approach
