The Role
Teaching Photography across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 depending on experience
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting pupils with coursework portfolio development and exam preparation
Teaching camera techniques digital editing and visual analysis
Encouraging creativity and independent artistic expression
Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-resourced Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Photography Art & Design or a related subject
Experience teaching Photography at KS3 and KS4
Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
High expectations for pupil behaviour engagement and progress
A professional organised and positive teaching approach
