What youll be doing:
Network Growth & Partner Acquisition
Recruit major brands national chains and multi-site operators into our reward network
Drive outbound activity outreach referrals warm intros and industry events
Identify opportunities and help shape our network growth strategy
Pitching & Industry Representation
Deliver clear compelling pitches to midsenior decision-makers
Build tailored pitch decks and partner materials
Represent TLC at events meetings and industry occasions to boost brand visibility
BD Enablement & Network Expertise
Become the goto expert on our reward networks
Support BD teams with insights and partner info for campaign briefs
Ensure the business always has the most up-to-date network intelligence
Pipeline CRM & Reporting
Own your CRM pipeline leads activity conversion tracking
Maintain clean accurate reporting using our CRM Microsoft Office suite
Hit (and exceed!) weekly and monthly targets
Who were looking for: Essential
Proven experience in new business partnerships or commercial sales
Strong lead generation skills especially outbound
Confident pitching to senior stakeholders at well-known brands
Highly organised with disciplined CRM and Microsoft Office usage
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Desirable
Experience with multi-site brands chains franchises
Background in rewards loyalty media partnerships or brand marketing
Experience building or scaling a network marketplace or portfolio
