What youll do:
In this opportunity in Finance as a Temporary Record to Report Intern- Part Time you will:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process within the automotive industry including order management billing collections and dispute resolution. Will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems customer communication and industry-specific practices such as OEM and dealer interactions.
Support in the timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions.
Assistance with monthly accounting closes through journal entries and integrations.
Compliance with established R2R deadlines.
Preparation and posting of journal entries.
Support in balance sheet integrations.
Organization and safekeeping of supporting documentation.
Support in report preparation
What is required:
Must be an active student of the last years of Accounting Business Administration or Finance in an accredited School.
Advanced English skills.
Schedule availability.
Must have strong work ethics and be well organized and a self-starter.
Able to follow standard filing procedures.
Detail oriented professional attitude reliable.
Advanced Excel skills and pivot tables.
