1. Responsible for payroll settlement for Cainiao Russias labour force ensuring timely and accurate delivery while providing relevant enquiry resolution;
2. Handle new employee onboarding resignations transfers contract signing personnel file management certificate issuance and leave approval for Cainiao Russia. Undertake designated modules operational processing and employee consultation/enquiry resolution; capable of independently and flexibly managing related operational scenarios and cases;
3. Liaise with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to undertake Russia Shared Services Centre (SSC) duties. Maintain information synchronisation and collaborative support with SSC headquarters and Asia-Pacific SSC teams implementing headquarters policy directives;
4. Identify operational procedural and system inefficiencies or optimisation opportunities. Drive iterative improvements through proactive communication feedback and cross-functional collaboration;
5. Understand internal and external systems and operate them proficiently; proactively identify areas for system optimisation and enhance system functionality;
6. Participate in other project-based tasks.
Requirements
1. Russian and English may be used as working languages; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous;
2. Possesses clear logic and sharp thinking with adept use of Excel and formulas and the ability to efficiently process complex data;
3. Meticulous and patient capable of working under pressure while demonstrating risk awareness and strong confidentiality consciousness;
4. Strong communication coordination and presentation skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities;
5. Prior experience in SSC/HR/Compensation functions is preferred.
