Job Description

  • Perform the necessary activities to run the payroll processes for different companies including among others:
    • Considering the monthly variable elements to be incorporated to each payroll run (e.g.: commission payments night sift allowances sickness leaves wage garnishments advanced payments etc.).
    • Calculate the social security contributions in particular changes coming from subsidies such as deductions in interim replacement contracts for parental leave training subsidies etc.
    • Calculate appropriate tax deductions to be applied to the employees based on the information provided by them to their employer.
    • Prepare and load files with mass changes of data that need to be in the payroll systems (e.g.: collective agreement updates mass hirings in peak season etc.)

  • Manage the necessary procedures from a personnel administration perspective to hire terminate suspend or change the situation for candidates and employees.

  • Participate in the preparation and submission of files to the financial team to be used for reporting purposes.

  • Support in the preparation and control of the Companys annual personnel budget as well as in the reporting for the monthly analysis of deviations. Provide inputs or propose corrective actions to reach the objectives set by HR Direction yearly.

  • Manage of benefits for employees in accordance with the policies per legal entity and eligibility per role: medical insurance service vehicles restaurant ticket life insurance free car pension plans ensuring the correct application of regulations to avoid possible sanctions. Interact on a frequent basis with the different product suppliers who offer services to guarantee that level of quality agreed and escalate deviations as needed.

  • Coordination of the Flexible Compensation ensuring the correct application of regulations to avoid possible penalties analyzing new legislation and the market situation proposing improvements to ensure the Companys competitive position. Dialogue with the different suppliers of the products offered to manage the level of service agreed upon for employees as well as the management of contracts with suppliers

  • Manage the openings transfers and closings of work centers for their adaptation to the legal requirements and the organizational structure of the company.

  • Manage the Employee Portal.

  • Ad-hoc support in the dialogue with Auditors and different official organizations such as Social Security and consulting firms.

  • Ad-hoc support in the preparation of information/documentation for trials inspections audits surveys etc.

  • Contribute in the analysis of the needs of the Department to improve the service levels with the external suppliers as well as proactively participate in the adaptation of the payroll tools for the development and automation of tasks permitting to optimize its service and update it to the regulations in force at any moment in time.
