Your Opportunity:

Maintaining a professional presentation and approach as a Allocations Team Leader to provide support and assistance to the Merchandise department in all facets of the business ensuring all administration and support services are of a consistently high standard.

  • Lead global stock control and allocations ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal stock flow across all stores

  • Ensure the right stock is delivered to the right location at the right time managing all inter-store transfers

  • Oversee weekly replenishment sign-off in partnership with the Head of Inventory

  • Manage and execute weekly floorplan and sale area changes across global markets

  • Maintain accurate planogram updates and ensure stores receive correct stock levels aligned to weekly changes

  • Maintain promotional and sale pricing in Futura ensuring system accuracy at all times

  • Monitor and manage min/max levels to optimise allocations for both core and new lines

  • Conduct stock-to-sales ratio analysis and provide accurate timely reporting

  • Partner closely with Operations to resolve stock queries and support store performance

  • Mentor coach and lead a team of Merchandise Allocators

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the division

  • Ensure all reporting is accurate punctual and aligned with company policies and procedures

We are looking for the below skillset and experience:

  • Strong oral & written communication at all levels

  • Strong computer skills including Word Excel OneNote & Outlook and to develop skills on Futura

  • Openness/willingness to change

  • Desire to understand strategic direction of the business

  • The ability to anticipate what may be required

  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion

  • Ability to work to deadlines and effectively multi-task
