Job Summary
Build real AI products at Waterglass. Work with coding agents autonomous systems and modern fullstack tools as part of a small team shipping fast.
We build AI-powered products for international clients and run our own portfolio of acquired software businesses.
Were hiring a student who wants to work at the intersection of AI and software engineering. Youll build fullstack applications with the help of coding agents develop autonomous AI systems and contribute to both client work and our own ventures. The tech moves fast and so do we.
We value people who build things on their own. If you have side projects hobby apps or open-source contributions we want to see them.
Tasks
- Build and ship fullstack applications (React TypeScript) using coding agents as part of your daily workflow
- Develop and improve autonomous AI systems and agentic workflows
- Work on real client projects and Waterglasss own acquired businesses from idea to production
- Explore and integrate new AI tools models and frameworks as they become available
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a technical university ideally with a Masters degree (AI focus is a plus)
- Fullstack development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript React or similar)
- Hobby projects alongside your studies
- Interest in AI autonomous systems and working with coding agents
- You like working independently and finding solutions on your own
- Fluent in English
