This is a key role within the organization responsible for developing managing and professionalizing our HR function to support organizational growth and operational excellence. You will report directly to the COO.
In this role you will oversee people operations performance management compliance and cross-departmental alignment working closely with engineering operations and commercial teams to ensure HR strategy supports the business.

Tasks
- Own and manage the full HR function and employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Inform management and teams of relevant HR updates and developments.
- Further develop and formalize existing HR policies procedures and internal regulations.
- Ensure continuous compliance with Luxembourg labor law EU regulations and administrative obligations.
- Manage payroll coordination contracts benefit & HR documentation.
- Strengthen performance management processes appraisal cycles and career development frameworks.
- Advise leadership on organizational structure role clarity and workforce planning.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations sensitive cases and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with engineering operations and commercial teams to align HR strategy with business objectives and ensure cross-departmental consistency.
- Oversee visa relocation and administrative procedures for international employees.
- Maintain and improve HR reporting HRIS usage and documentation standards.
- Contribute to reinforcing OQs culture internal communication and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong expertise in Luxembourg labor law and EU employment regulations.
- Proven experience managing and improving HR functions in growing companies.
- Hands-on experience with contracts payroll processes compliance and HR administration.
- Experience supporting technical engineering or industrial teams is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to advise managers and leadership.
- Ability to bring structure clarity and consistency to HR practices.
- High level of discretion integrity and professionalism.
- Language skills: native speaker or fluent in French (C2); fluent in English (C2); nice to have knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German.
