Insurance Sales Agent - Life & Health
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Agent - Life & Health to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about providing honest and transparent support to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing new business growing the agencys book of business and offering clients tailored insurance solutions.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 - $60000 annually performance-based bonuses
- Competitive benefits package 401(k) paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Close new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agencys book of business.
- Provide clients with honest and transparent information about insurance coverages focusing on life and health insurance lines.
- Quote new and renewal business (90% new business 10% renewals).
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Life & Health (L&H) license required; Property & Casualty (P&C) license is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in life and health insurance lines; 3 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented (go-getter).
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.
