Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support by addressing customers scientific queries on various frontline platforms.
• Lead and/or deliver training to non-scientific internal staff.
• Deliver milestones within departmental or cross-departmental projects.
• Contribute to project deliverables within frontline operations.
• Contribute to the maintenance of departmental platforms and onboarding content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a Life Sciences field such as Cell Biology Biochemistry or Molecular Biology with 2 to 5 years laboratory experience.

• Experience in troubleshooting and dealing with customers.

• Knowledge or experience with delivering training content.

• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize multitask and work independently in a fast-paced positive work environment.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mammalian cell culture theory flow cytometry and cell separation.
