Role overview

The Lab & Operations Coordinator plays a critical cross-functional role supportingEreztechslaboratory and operational teams. This positionis responsible forcoordinating purchasing inventory management shipping and receiving vendor sourcing and project support to ensure the smooth flow of materials and supplies across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working in a scientific or chemical environment and is highly organized proactive and detail oriented.

Key deliverables for this role

• Order laboratory and office supplies to support ongoing operations.

• Source and evaluate vendors for equipment materials and services.

• Request quotes track orders and follow-up on deliveries.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• Track inventory levels of chemical canisters consumables and materials.

• Perform inventory transactions and updates within SAP.

• Coordinate internal distribution of materials from inventory.

• Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations.

• Serve asa back-up for managing inbound and outbound shipments.

• Assistwithscheduling projectsand operational initiatives.

• Coordinate material needs for R&D and production projects.

• Support cross-functional teams with supply chain andlogisticsneeds.

• Identifyprocess improvement opportunities within operations.

Traits of a strong candidate

• 35 years of experience in operationslogistics supply chain or laboratory support.experience in a chemical or scientific environment preferred.

• Strongorganizationaland project coordination skills.

• Familiarity with handling hazardous materials.

• Experience with vendor sourcing andprocurementisa plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.

• Detail oriented highly organizedstrong communication proactive problem solver and comfortableworking cross-functionally.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
