New Opening!! Racker is accepting applications for a Behavior Intervention Specialist for Supporting Success located in Ithaca NY. This position is eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus!
This position meets in person with participants and their families in their homes to better understand challenging behaviors and to teach participants skills to improve the quality of their daily lives. The person in this position needs to understand behavioral principles assessment individualized goals and implementation of focus is primarily in Tompkins County and works with people receiving OPWDD supports and services from children to adults.

Responsibilities
- Collecting data observing and interacting with participants.
- Developingindividualized goals and teachingstrategies.

- Completing necessary case management functions in a timely manner.
- Engaging participants and their families.
- Conducting assessments
Qualifications
- Masters degree from a program in a clinical or treatment field of social work or psychology or a BCBA or LBA or an NYS license in mental health counseling.
- Relevant experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
Must meet approved driver requirements.
