We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience to join our team!

In this role you are responsible for providing consulting services and delivery excellence. You act as a trusted advisor for our clients and you take care of helping them to co-build impact and value within their digital transformation.

Key qualifications

  • Professional fluency in German and English (C1)
  • 5-8 years experience in digital transformation consulting platform-led business analysis or similar
  • 3 years experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
  • Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; able to challenge constructively align cross-functional teams and influence prioritization based on value.
  • Experience contributing to RFPs proposals and client demos; comfortable presenting concepts roadmaps and value cases
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Development ofdigital transformationstrategies concepts and specifications for the implementationenhancementand improvement of innovativeplatformsolutions
  • Bearingresponsibility for content inafield ofexpertisefor (part-) projects and offers and bringingsignificant contribution to winning new clients or developing existing ones
  • Advisingand guidingthe client toidentifyopportunities for their digital roadmapthrough value generation
  • Havingrecognizedexpertisein at least one relevantvertical /tech /topic
  • Creatingand managingbusiness backlog and helpingdrive prioritization through value generation
  • Actingas a subject matter expert on and support client pitches as well as other activities connected with the business development around our capabilities offering
  • Requirements engineering and functional specifications of the solution to be implemented based on different platforms such as AdobeSalesforceSitecoreand others
  • Documentingand managingfunctional and non-functional requirements by running brainstorming sessions interviewsworkshopsand other requirements gathering techniques as appropriate
  • Gatheringbusiness requirements andtranslatethem into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Definingand enhancingindustry and client specific business processes
  • Supportingand consultingthe customer in thedifferent phasesoftheir digitalprojects from proposal preparation to successful completion or continuation always withthe passionand focus to generate the best possible customer experience
  • Advising the client on businesscommunicationor process aspectswithin their vertical
  • Buildingthebusiness bridge between internal stakeholders and the various client stakeholders providingtechnical and functionalexpertiseand guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Closely collaboratingwith the development teams UX / Designteamsand content teams (onsite and/or offshore)
  • Preparingandfacilitatingclient workshops for idea creation andrequirements engineering
  • Stayingup to date or ahead of digital trends in the market andunderstandshow theyimpactthe clients business
