Job Summary
In this senior position you will operate at the strategic intersection of start-ups and partner organisations.
Your role will involve providing start-ups with content and conceptual support initiating collaborative projects and developing existing partnerships further.
Tasks
- Identifying selecting and technically evaluating start-ups in the bioeconomy and agri-food tech sectors
- Providing strategic support and coaching to start-up teams at various stages of development
- Participation in the initiation and design of joint projects between start-ups and partners
- Maintaining and developing relationships with start-ups partners and other stakeholders
- Collaborating on the further development of RootCamps programmes formats and innovation environment
- Representing RootCamp at trade and networking events
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a start-up innovation or business environment
- Experience of working with start-ups and in project-based collaborations accelerators corporate innovation and founding your own company
- Ability to structure complex topics and bring together different interests
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Independent and responsible approach to work with a strategic way of thinking
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Hanover region on a long-term basis
