We are hiring a Sales Ops Manager GTM Systems to architect optimize and scale the systems that drive revenue growth.
This role blends strategy and technical execution. You will design the CRM and GTM systems architecture that enables visibility automation and repeatable growth across Sales Marketing and Finance.
What Youll Do
- Own the architecture and optimization of our CRM and GTM systems stack
- Design scalable workflows lifecycle stages routing logic and reporting frameworks
- Translate business strategy into system requirements and automation solutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as CPQ compensation automation and integrations
- Build and maintain data governance standards to ensure reporting accuracy and revenue visibility
- Drive automation that reduces manual effort and improves pipeline integrity
- Partner with Sales Marketing Finance and Engineering leaders to align systems with business goals
- Evaluate and implement new tools AI capabilities and process improvements
- Support enablement and change management to ensure strong system adoption
What Were Looking For
- 35 years in Revenue Operations Sales Ops GTM Ops or Business Systems in B2B
- Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred) including automation governance and reporting
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture integrations and data modeling
- Experience leading cross-functional systems projects end-to-end
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like ZoomInfo Clay Gong Crossbeam Zapier or N8N
- Familiarity with scripting APIs or automation tools
- Experience driving change management in scaling organizations
