作为IT经理参与制定和执行上海迪士尼度假区基础设施的战略和愿景需要熟悉行业内产品具备相关领域的专业技能包括但不限于网络企业办公软硬件OA运营管理系统支付系统仓储库存管理系统点单系统人力资源管理系统等等
工作内容
1. 负责制定并执行公司办公运维与 IT 基础设施相关的战略规划确保公司整体 IT 系统稳定高效运行满足业务发展需求助力公司实现数字化转型目标
2. 全面管理办公运维团队合理分配工作任务监督团队成员工作进度与质量提供专业指导与培训提升团队整体技术水平与业务能力打造一支高效协作的运维精英团队
3. 深入研究公司现有办公软件硬件设备及网络架构根据业务发展需要进行系统架构的优化升级引入先进技术与解决方案提高办公效率降低运营成本增强公司整体竞争力
4. 建立健全公司 IT 运维管理制度与流程制定/优化详细的服务级别协议SLA确保各项运维工作标准化规范化开展及时响应并解决各类 IT 故障与问题保障公司业务连续性
5. 主导公司 IT 项目的交付实施包括但不限于办公系统升级网络设备更换数据中心迁移等项目从项目规划需求分析资源协调到项目执行与验收全程把控项目进度质量与成本确保项目顺利交付上线
6. 积极参与跨部门协作与业务部门密切沟通深入了解业务需求提供及时有效的 IT 技术支持与解决方案助力业务部门提升工作效率与业务创新能力共同推动公司业务发展
7. 定期总结公司 IT 运维工作和项目情况向上级领导和相关部门汇报工作进展项目成果存在问题及改进措施为公司决策层提供准确的数据支持与决策依据确保公司 IT 战略与业务战略紧密结合
8. 负责公司信息安全管理工作制定并实施信息安全策略与措施加强数据安全防护防范网络攻击与数据泄露风险确保公司信息资产安全
9. 负责与外部供应商的沟通与合作评估供应商服务质量优化合作模式确保外部技术支持与服务及时到位保障公司 IT 系统稳定运行
