BPM Transformation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team across the programme

• Undertake project support role across the BPM related projects assigned in planning and executing projects tracking issues etc

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather feedback understandchallengesand bring innovative ideas to solutioning discussions

• Prepare reportspresentationsand analysis to support decision making processes

• Assistin co-ordinating efforts across the CEVC to enhance operational efficiency drive continuous improvement and business benefits realisation.

• Work with product owners to manage interdependencies between the BOS products

Experience and skills Required

• Aminimum of3yearsdemonstratedexperienceperforming the core duties of this role or a comparable position with a proventrack recordof successfullyexecutingsimilar responsibilities.

• Working knowledge of project management tools and methods such as planner MS project Azure DevOpsdesirable.

• Strong communicationskills with an ability to effectively articulate ideas and project updates to diverse audiences both verbally and in writing.

• Strong aptitude for technology with the ability to learn new concepts across business processes data and cloudbased platforms.

• Ability to understand map and manage the interconnections between multiple processes systems and functional teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Confident operating with senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
