What Youll Do:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within industries that rely on advanced power or temperature control systems.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for power equipment temperature control solutions and associated aftermarket services.

  • Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Temperature Control business fully.

  • Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.

  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage customer activities quotes leads and other key data effectively.

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in a technical selling environment

  • Experience working with Temperature Control or Power equipment would be beneficial

  • Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment

  • Proven time management planning and organisational skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust
