Key Responsibilities

• Maintain monitor and optimise networks servers systems and core infrastructure
• Manage user accounts permissions and access across environments
• Implement strong backup recovery and security practices
• Troubleshoot hardware software and connectivity issues for the wider team
• Roll out upgrades patches and enhancements to improve performance and reliability
• Work closely with engineering and security teams to strengthen overall infrastructure

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Good communication across technical and nontechnical teams
• Solid understanding of systems and networks
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-moving environment
